It ended up with Brightpaw almost hurting Snowpaw terribly from anger, but Snowpaw stopped her by threatening to tell the clan of Brightpaw's forbidden relationship. So your cat should either have a mate in another clan, or say that he died or something. Her mate also killed Snowpaw's mentor. Brighttalon and Snowfeather hate each other.
